Hi everyone my name is Shelley and im 28yrs old and im from Manchester.
Ive been on this form for about 2yr and done weight watchers and lipotrim twice but failed.
Ive battled with my weight since i stopped smoking 3yr ago and started driving at the same time so ive been dieting ever since.
Ive go two kids one is 6yrs old and the other is 10month so im desperate to lose the weight to become a yummy mummy instead of a flabby mummy :mad:.
Just had my 1st shake which is abit late really coz its dinner time so im not sure if i should still have two more or just have one at tea time:confused:.
My main battle with this diet will be weekend goodies and beer so im dreading friday but hopefully by then im be feeling abit thinner and it will motivate me to do this throught the weekend.

Welcome shelley! =D you should definitely have 2 more shakes today as they are designed to have all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day, plus if you don't have all of them you may find yourself being very hungry which may cause you to eat, so definitely 3 =D
My main struggle is the evenings and weekends, but I have stopped going out in nightclubs untill I'm off this diet, so there is no temptation, and now when I do go out all skinny everyone will have a shock ;)
