Deciding this time to do 4:3 down days consisting of coffee, sweetner and milk. Have done it on and off for months and have maintained until recently where my eating has got out if control again so now I'm reigning myself back in. 136lbs was my lowest in august and I'm aiming to be back there again by this august. I don't count UDs because I can't be arsed to tell the truth that's why I really try to offset any overeats with my very low cal DDs. Will see, will do it if this doesn't work. I'm 5 ft 4 just about squeezing into some of my size 10s but now my clothes are getting tight. Off out with OH for meal out tonight so probably expecting a slight gain tomorrow but really looking forward to my Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday's fasting.
