Day one was today and I have done really well, I only ate an extra 3 crackers and need to drink at least 600ml more of water.
B - 175g of Natural Yoghurt
MM - kiwi fruit, 2 crackers
L - tofu and vege salad, 2 crackers
MA - 2 crackers, diet sprite, 80g honeydew
D - 115g of Fish and 115g of vege, 2 crackers
ES - 1 apple and sprite(stewed)
3 x white hot teas
blackcoffee x 2, 1 x black decaf.
I know I can do this!! We all can. Fingers crossed on a good waist measurement next Monday morning!
