Don't fret about the slip ups, just make sure you get back on track
I've been on TS for 2 weeks now, and it is difficult at times. I have crips/chocolate/fast food cravings at least 3 times a day, but when I do, i try to look at the bigger picture and decide what I really want - a bag of crisps or to be slim and healthy? Thanks to that philosophy I have lost 9lbs in 14 days
If you feel like you can't stick to TS, it may be more sensible to do WS or SS, at least then if you get a craving or an urge, you know you have a good healthy meal to look forward to in the evening.
