Day 4 on lipotrim

But That's amazing willpower! So very proud! I'm grumpy too and could still stab someone!!! With a chicken wing!

Back at work tomorrow after 2 weeks off so I don't know how that's gonna go! Xx

Thanks :)
I'm feeling a little fed up with myself , trying so hard and now I believe I've not drank enough water :-(
Was drink 50cl bottled water and managed 4 ( which is loads for me) and was reading its 3 to 4 litres a day, will this cause me a problem ? X

2L is the min. After a few weeks you should just get used to it.

Go for fizzy - it's sooo much easier to drink. I only drink about half a pint that's not fizzy a day. The rest is 19p for 2L from the supermarket :D

Don't get disheartened Nutty! Just build it up and be aware how much you're having each day. I have my bottles on the side in the kitchen and keep them filled. Boringly I am fine with plain old tap water :)

Thank you :), just don't want to fail as I'm trying so hard ! I never believed I will get this far if I'm honest and now I'm entering day 4 :)
I'm having the most awful nights sleep tonight and mouth tastes horrid so hoping this ketosis kicking in x

Thinking back Nutty I'm sure I didn't sleep well at the beginning either but remember being sooooo tired. Very good sign that ketosis is kicking in if your mouth has 'gone bad' and hopefully any hunger pangs will subside if you're still having them.
You'll need to face the cravings as you go - just keep asking yourself the questions
1. Am I really hungry? I bet if you have a glass of water or 2 that feeling will magically disappear.
2. Do I just fancy having xyz? Probably yes, but...
3. Do I really need it to be healthy? Likely to be no!! Have tea/coffee/water and find something else to do, the feeling will pass, and it gets easier to put it to oneside the longer you do it :)

Great pic BTW x x x

I also remember some sleepless nights, the odd stomach growl and the taste in my mouth! I started having my shakes later. Around 10:30/11pm and I drifted off fine, in my case I needed to feel satisfied before my brain went to sleep! X x x

7.5 down according to pharmacist scales by mine tell me 10lb had to sit n watch the oh eat a cheeseburger n chips for lunch my lil girl an egg mayo sandwhiches two of my fave things one tucking into a chicken soup three spoons in n I like it but that could all change lol

I always find when I weigh myself at home I appear to be lighter than at the chemist. Isn't it funny. I like to go off my own scales to make me feel better lol! X x x

Thanks everyone, having a better day today, feel healthier less tired funny enough !!
Not felt hungry at all. Even managed nearly 2 litres of water so far.
Thanks Teapot that's a current photo taken this week :) x

It's as if you've read my mind Kay! especially number 1, having a glass of water works or i put on the kettle for a coffee by the time its boiled the craving is gone off me, i know now its not really hunger i'm feeling but breaking habits is hard to do!

Nutty, it really does get easier the longer you're doing it and only a few days til you weigh in and you'll be delighted you upped your water when you see the results :)

It is hard sometimes Cath, and the longer you do LT, the easier it is to spot the cravings. I'm hoping that this will stand me in good stead for when I refeed. Not long now :)

Kay have you thought much about your refeed? if it was me, i'd so torn between excitement and the fear of leaving the lipotrim safety net. it's humbling to look at your signature and see your 6 months progress, you're everyone's inspiration, a massive well done :)

Awww thanks Cath, I couldn't have done it without support from all the lovely people here. I am a bit torn, but I know I can't stay on LT much longer. I can't do it much longer now anyway because I'm struggling to keep my signature under the 1200 character limit lol

Waking up on day 9 and can't believe the difference the second week is so much easier. I am actually enjoying cooking for other people and watching them eat it how bizarre. Well done everyone for sticking to it just think of the results on weigh in : ) xxx

I don't want Mama Teapot to leave her LT brood (total selfishly) .....I'd be sad to see you fly off but I am truly beyond impressed at what you've achieved and the amazing strength and resolve you have....think I love Mama Teapot :D

Awww MrsFTB, thank you!

I'm sure I'll still be a-round... but just not as much ;) (attempt at humour today :)) Anyway you're doing so well, you'll be at target in a few months and it will be your turn to post up your pics! (excitement!!!!)
How would you like to take over the monthly challenges baton? It does require some commitment to keep it updated and for me it helped keep me on the straight and narrow through another month. Have a think, no pressure.

M, when you're at target I'd love to treat you to a coffee, (or similar) to celebrate 'cause I think you're crackers in a good way :)
