You'll need to face the cravings as you go - just keep asking yourself the questions
1. Am I really hungry? I bet if you have a glass of water or 2 that feeling will magically disappear.
2. Do I just fancy having xyz? Probably yes, but...
3. Do I really need it to be healthy? Likely to be no!! Have tea/coffee/water and find something else to do, the feeling will pass, and it gets easier to put it to oneside the longer you do it
Awww thanks Cath, I couldn't have done it without support from all the lovely people here. I am a bit torn, but I know I can't stay on LT much longer. I can't do it much longer now anyway because I'm struggling to keep my signature under the 1200 character limit lol
