Hi guys well I'm on day 4 today n really really struggling!
I've ended up eating :-( but stuck to s piece of half fat cheese and a bit of chicken so I guess I can call it a WS day.
As long as I don't prevent ketosis suppose I'm still to plan (kinda)
Yesterday I had an energy surge but today I'm snapping at my little girl forgetting things like walking into a room n being like Erm what was I gonna do in here n my legs n arms are shaky like jelly!
I think n hope I just need get into ketosis n get this week done n il be ok I've done it before with great success but restarts are a b****!
Think an early night is in order to stop the naughty thoughts of fish n chips and maltezers!!! Mmmmmm
