Ahh so frustrated! Lost 5lbs the first week but since saturday my scales have not budged following TS to the T so a little disheartening! Should i be doing more exercise?
Most of week one loss is water and food weight, especially when you hear those big losses so don't beat yourselves up. 3lb is still a great loss for anyone in a week! Don't worry yet, give it a bit more time before you throw in the towel!
I think the weather has a lot to do with it we seem to hold more water I do anyway xx your doing really well so don't give up and think if you didn't start the diet you wouldn't have lost 3lbs. Well done
