Day 6

Hi there I'm a newbie on day 6 now been really good but I find the afternoon and early e evening. Terrible side effects get very dizzy and feel a bit hypoglycaemic is this normal? I'm on meds for pain cocodamol,gabapentin wondered if that may have an impact. really need to lose this weight to be healthy for my kiddies I'm single mummy I'm all they have x
