Breakfast:
Go ahead fruit slices - 7 syns. Bought them thinking that they're 3.5 syns, but realised that they are 3.5 per slice!!! Gutted!!!!
Lunch
Veg rice
Salad, cucumber, peppers
Ham
Pineapple, apple, orange, melon, plum, kiwi

Snack a jacks (4.5 syns)
Dinner - nothing yet - porridge perhaps - use up heas and hebs.
