Just realised I haven't updated this for a while. Been doing ok, struggling to be 100% but still seem to be loosing. I kick myself every time as I should be loosing more but hay that's life.
So I'm now at 2stone 3lb, slowly getting there, its much more than I would have lost on any other diet, but cant help feeling I could have lost more if id been 100%.
so ive been 100% again today, so hopefully I can keep it up for another week, till I have a meal out on 28th for our 12 year anniversary. everything crossed till then!
