Well today i have had another really good day on my diet.
Breakfast: nothing- was my day off work, was so tired i slept in until mid day.
Lunch: 85g lamb (1xheb), mash, suede, new potatoes, cauliflour
Dinner: Homemade slimming world chips, 3x quorn sausages, baked beans.
Snacks: yoghurt, banana, 2x slimming world cakes (2.5 syns each = 5 syns), mint options drinking chocolate (2 syns), 5x rich tea fingers (5 syns)
I have had quite a bit to eat today, been very hungry but i think its because i hardley ate any thing yesterday.
