Day by day to a slimmerme

Starting tomorrow I am going to be focused and I will lose the 18lbs that is frustrating me.

Today I am doing all my planning work so that when I wake up tomorrow it's all ready. So far I have worked out an exercise schedule of doing the 30 day squat challenge but adding in crunches, leg lifts and press ups as well (found a plan online with how many to increase each day) This is on top of doing my C25K.

Food wise I am planning to do alternate green and red days which I am hoping is going to kick start this plateau I seem to have hit recently. I am using the water balance app to record how much water I drink during the day.

My goal for the month of June is to lose 8lbs this will get me in to the next weight bracket and also my 2 stone award.
 
Today:

Breakfast - melon and apple
Lunch - chicken tagine (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions and spices)
Dinner- BBQ quorn burger 0.5 syn 2 x tesco lighter choice sausage 2 syns chicken drumstick and thigh and sliced grilled courgette slices

Hex a 30g cheese
Hex b 4 aldi rye crackers 200g new potatoes

50 squats
10 crunches
5 press ups

125ml black tower b rose wine x 2 6 syns in total

8.5 syns in total
