Well done Fitz, sounds like a very good UD. Remember you must have enough cals on UD for this plan to work. You still only had just over 1600ish so that was a great start. Good luck with your DD. Have you planned it or are you going the shake route?

Thanks for reply - I am meeting Dizzy today for coffee and natter today so looking forward to today - not going down the shake route - want to manage my eating effectively so dd are lots of low cal/fat healthy foods for me. Have had 150 already today though as had a wholemeal muffin for breakfast. Got a low gi bar to take out with me (127) to have with our copious amounts of coffee then depending on when I get home may just have a cuppa soup & yog for tea - we will see. Have good day x
