well haha the beach body workout, it was only meant to be 45 mins but it ran on for an hour! we started off running around the room :O I hate running, then we did some squats and more running and that was just the warm up!
There was only 8 of us in the class, so we were split on either side of the room, 1 side had to do fast step ups and the other side were doing squats, then we switched over, after that we worked on our arms and shoulders, and we had to do press ups :O haha then we finished off working on our abs, it was very very painful lol.
How are you today? do you have much planned for the weekend?
