I have lost over 12st and I eat like a horse, day and night sometimes too as I am a night owl...but as long as you stay within your syns and eat fresh fruit etc, what harm are you doing...go ahead and enjoy, that 4st will soon be gone lovely :bighug: xxxx

Morning everyone
Well what a night it was here. Mum's budgies wouldn't stop squaking all night. The cats were being idiots. The dog decided that she was going to lie on us. And it was way too warm :8855:
So given all that, I'm absolutely shattered and feel like going back to bed. But, I've got up and had my brekkie (a satsuma, banana, 4 giant strawberries, muller light and a fibre plus bar as my hexb) and I plan on having another 100% day today
My positives for today
1) Despite how low I feel at times, or how agitated I get, my first port of call isn't the chocolate and biscuit drawer
2) I feel good about myself (despite my size) for the first time in ages because I'm doing something good towards making a change
3) I'm finding that I prefer cooking sw meals to normal ones, I cooked chilli and made egg mayo for mum and my brother's gf yesterday, now normally I'd be tasting as I go along, but I didn't even lift the spoon to my mouth as it had ikky normal oil in and normal mayonaise in :8855:
4) I've been bad and been buying up bikinis for when we go to turkey, the funny thing is that each time a new one arrives, I feel a bit more determined to make it work

Carla has just played attack the hoover while Mum is busy, she comes at it from all angles nipping it but then darting back in case it nips her back she's always done this silly billy but we just had to replace the hose as she bit it too much good job I ordered two just incase
Last night she was hilarious. I let her out for a wee and she stood dead in her track and barked at something, then did the collie circle it and check, barked again, then went up to something nudged it barked at it and ran this went on for ages so I went out to check, Charlie had been out there and found this little stone cat in the garden been playing with it and sat it on the wall of the pond. Of course a) its a cat they are scarey to carla b) it wasn't there earlier so must be real she wouldn't even come and investigate when I picked it up to show her

What sort of dog is she? Mum has a blue merle collie, a boxer dog and a patterdale. The blue merle (Misty) always sleeps in with us when we're here over night as she loves Chris, so she always insists on sleeping on his feet. I have to admit before making the decision to start sw and to join this wonderful forum, I was miserable. I had no light at the end of the tunnel and had no idea how I was going to shift all this weight :cry: But since being on here, and reading about such inspirational ladies, it gave me some much needed hope, and that's what keeps me going and keeps me positive

Carla is a collie x huni. She looks collie but has GSD colours. Shes scared of everything always has been vets visits are a nightmare once shes makes friends with someone they are her mate for life and shes so lovely.
You know you turned all this around, you became determined and full of positivity, keep that determination, keep the positive flowing and you can only succeed sweetie.
Just remember even if you ever have a horrible day come on here. Its what keeps up the determination to continue to succeed xxxxxx

We're there for a fortnight and I have about 8 bikini tops already, and there's even more that I want 
Chris had mcdonalds the other day and I nicked a chip, and it tasted so disgusting to me that I actually had to spit it out
