*deep breath* my journey to a thinner / healthier me

I'm not having the mini oreos tonight now as we got to mum's later than planned, so I couldn't make my chilli con carne. I had a mushroom omlette instead and used 4 syns worth of low calorie cheese. So I put extra fruit and yohurt in with my meringue nest to bulk it out a bit as I've not ate much today. So my total syns are 10.5 for the day

Food plan for tomorrow

Brekkie - weetabix (hexb + 3.5 syns and hexa), small banana, strawberries and mullerlight
Lunch - Ham, tomato and cucumber
Snack - small banana
Dinner - chilli con carne
Snack - mini oreos (6 syns)
 
Still 100% and still planning ahead - well done Emmy xxx

Thought I'd pop in and say hello. Well done on your journey so far, you're doing so well. Have you tried the sausage casserole recipe on the SW site? I made it last week and it was gorgeous, and I don't usually like sausage casserole, I only made it because OH loves them. I suggest you try it when you get your Joes sausages. I wish I had enough money to order a load of stuff off there!

Nope I've never tasted a Joes. Can't afford it! I'll stick to my Sainsbury's BGTY Cumberland ones at half a syn each :)

I haven't tried making a Scotch Egg yet but I want to. May do that next week!

Thank you hun :D I'm just so determined to make this work, and I think the thought of having to come and here and admit that I messed up (if ever it happens) is helping me to keep focused and motivated :D
 
Soooooooo, my positives for today

1) I enjoy planning my meals the night before and finding that if I know what I'm having and when, I don't find the need to snack as much as I used to
2) I love the fact that even when I stick my tummy out as far as I can (without bending backwards) it doesn't peek out from under my chest anymore, all I can see is boobs :8855:
3) I find myself thinking in terms of syns and what would be of more benefit to me, like last night, I used 4 syns on cheese for an omlette and gave up on my mini oreos

You know the dress I won off ebay, the maxi dress? It's a size 24 and I can actually get into it :woohoo: It's still a bit tight round my tummy and my boobs, but omg, it feels amazing, I love it :D

I can't remember the last time I wore anything this size :cry:

I'm changing my lunch as I fancy something warm, so I'm going to have some bacon, mushrooms, an egg and 2 potato waffles for 5 syns. I had to double check for syns and this is one of the most recent threads I found.

Hi sweetie, sorry I haven't been able to get to your diary the last few days, but I have really enjoyed catching up so, :woohoo: :winner: wtg on your loss that's amazing and you go girl, you'll make that stone by next week, I know you will.
Absolutely loving your positives and well done on the dress, you'll be in a lot smaller soon at this rate.
If you're looking for recipes I have an extensive library and loads of SW cookbooks, just give me an idea of what kind of meat or thing you might like and I'll be more than happy to find something for you .
