That's why I've saved my smoothie until tonight :D I normally snack and pick at night so I'm trying to find low syn treats to have and syn free ideas (thinking of freezing some of the other yoghurt flavours to see how they go)

I really like the sound of that :D Will have to get some of the options sachets when we go shopping on monday

I've just spotted on offer in Tesco mini choc digestives, choc chip cookies in portion sized bags, they're generally about 124 calories a bag - so just over 6 syns. I might get them in to treat myself to when I fancy a biscuit kick.

Yes we make up sugar free jellies for desserts during the week :)

Sugar free jelly is good too. Think it's 2 Syns for the whole sachet if you make it up yourself. Can add fruit to it too if you like that.

Also curly wurlys are 6 Syns which I love mmmm

Good luck. You're doing very well so far. Great positive thinking too :)

:D:D:D:D:D thats how I felt reading your diary this morning huni so :thankyou: :bighug:

just wait until you get the results of all this hard work :D what day is weigh day?

well done on another 100% day

I am a boredom eater (whoops rephrase that I WAS a boredom eater) things I found helped me were having a homemade sw quiche in the fridge have you tried it, I love it its

1 tub syn free cottage cheese i use tesco value
3 eggs
onion
bacon

whatever you want in it

mix cottage cheese and eggs, salt pepper add what you want in it, I used to then pour this into a cake tin, add a sliced tomato and bake for 25 mins ish until set serve hot or cold. I'd fry off the bacon and onion first

also keep boiled eggs in the fridge one or two of them and I am full and stops the munchies :D x

If you add a made up batchelors pasta n sauce (make exactly as it says on the packet) and then put in baking tin, or whatever you use to cook your quiche in, before the other ingredients you have listed above Jackie, that's how I make my pasta quiche, it's to die for and in most cases syn free, just check the syns on SW or ask someone to check them first, I usally use the tomato based or chicken and they are both free xxx

Me 2! Yummy!xx

Me 3, used to hate Mushrooms, love love love them now the more the merrier xxx

Looking good :bighug: xx

Oh and if you take any mullerlight yoghurt and freeze for 2 to 3 hours, just until it's beginning to set, then turn out into a pint glass and add sugar free cream soda or diet pepsi/coke, it make s very yummy ice cream soda or coke float  xxxx

Oooohhhh I think quiche is going on my recipe list for next week, it's going to be a very interesting week ;) Loving the idea of the ice cream float too, that's another one to try.

I meant to add that I get my jellies sent to me by my friend in Australia, and I have the most gorgeous flavours (all sugar free and only 0.5syns for the entire made up satchet), nothing like the boring ones we get here.....such as :

Dark Cherry
Pink Grapefruit
Port Wine
Vanilla Berry
Peach and Apricot
Mixed Melon
Cranberry and Raspberry
Pineapple
Orange and Mango
Mango and Passion fruit

to name but a few xx

I am trying to see if I can find a site over here that sells them as I could never go back to plain old strawberry or raspberry again lol and they get used quicker than she can send them lol :hug99: xxxx

Oh my god lily they look amazing! Im bored of normal flavours now, if you find a website please let me know!!

Those jellies sound delicious :D I've tried googling and found something called aeroplane jelly, is that the same thing or is it a different brand hun?

Hey Emma and Emmy, the jelly's are so lovely and so different...emmy they are aeroplane sugar free jelly's ...where did you find them...I have been looking for ages and can only find them on aussie site ??
There is a site called Sanza but they don't sell the sugar free ones...oh never thought of looking on ebay, but then my mate sends me so many I have loads and often give them to the girls at group xxx

It's just the original that I can find at the moment, and the nutrition says that it's 4 syns a serving (80 cals). I'll keep looking for the lite stuff :D

Ill be on the lookout too! Thanks for the info lily xx
