Can you use anything other then scan bran? I do SW online so i don't know where to get them from. Are the classes the only place you can get them???

ohhhh im going to try this, will get scan bran if i'm near h&b this week or wait to group next wed. I tried making a coffee cake from scan bran, seen the recipe on a fb page but it turned out awful!

Do just use enough boiling water to cover the scanbran so they soften??
