Been doing slimming world for about 7weeks now and had some really good loses but last week i was really ill with cramping and constipation (sorry if tmi!!) the pain kept me up all night and i'm stuck in a rut now with my sleeping pattern back to front. I couldn't eat much and ending up staying the same at weigh in. Still not feeling 100% and keep finding myself just snacking all the time as I can't find the energy to cook meals. Think I am going to end up gaining this week .
Sorry for the long essay think what I'm basically asking is has anyone got any idea how I can get my sleeping pattern back to normal and kick start the plan again?
