Gorgeous sunshine and not too hot- a perfect day. Been pottering, picking up mess and looking at what is growing in the garden. Now about to get myself ready to go out for a walk. Not sure where, either seaside or reservoir. Listening to footie at 3 while starting my assignment. Need to have a good food day today. I think im going to struggle to get a loss this week due to the comparatively big one last week? Cinema planned for tonight (ironman 3) so no temptation of food/ wine luckily.
D got his NI rebate yesterday so we can book the mini bobby robson cruise. Hooray! Bit nervous as always had a balcony room before and they are expenny for 3 nights so I think we are just have an outside room. Makes me feel a bit trapped as window doesn't open for obvious reasons!! Hoping I will be able to deal with it as going to go. I need to start going for things more and not let my worries take over and stop me. The prices are reasonable and for each person booking the company gives £80 to bobby robson foundation and there are fundraising and football things going on throughout the cruise. Went to the ball last year which was great- bobby is one of my heroes.
Lots of plans for forthcoming weeks. Next Tuesday is wedding anni so off to a veggie pub in suffolk. Next sat last home match of season so we always go for dinner with mum and dad and couple who sit behind us. 3 rd may meal with a friend. 5 th is d's birthday so will do something then. 10th garden visit. 11th to Worthing to see in laws. After that I've got a 3 night visit to Cornwall, the cruise, a work do away, then in July - the grand tour of Scotland. To think a few weeks ago I told my counsellor I had nothing planned to look forward to! I've got to fit butterfly spotting and conservation work into this as well as my project but I am actually really excited about it all.
Have a great day all - as you can see lots of motivation to be slim. Don't want to be on a ship with footballers and look like a big football myself so it's full steam ahead!!
