Hello every one,

im just starting this thread as i am going to start a juice fast, i have already done a 4 day one to test and i literally broke it today, food taste so much nicer just after 4 days, i dont want junk food its quiet amazing what the four days have done already. i lost 7 lbs in them 4 days so it really has inspired me to do a 30 - 40 day one ( these should always be done under your gps watchful eye ) also i am a very big girl so this general will only do me good if you are considering a fast yourself and you are smaller please please please talk to your gp first.
i am not just doing this for weightloss, i want to change my attitude towards food and also i have bad skin amongst other medical issues.

firstly i will be be eating raw foods for a day as this won't send my body into shock when i go complete fast, then it will be juice all the way :)

feel free to comment advice, tips or generall support, if you have questions, i will answer then as best as i can :)

i will start the raw food on monday (4th of june) and will post every other day on progress.

just thought i would post how i feel being off of the fast... and if im honest i feel terrible ive only had a sandwhich and to be frank i can't wait to get back on my fast, i have never felt so ill, considering i broke it with fruit and then hoped to be able to eat something that i fancied ( chicken sandwhich on oat bread ) actully thinking i may restart the fast tomorrow but i will see how i feel this evening but i have a sneaky feeling it will be sunday!

well i have lost 13 lbs all together very happy with that... but angry that i had a turkey sandwhich today .. really need to be strong and to push past the day 4 barrier, problem is when my girl goes to bed im bored and alone hench the breaking the fast :( not good starting again now though....must be strong!!
