Met my new CWP counsultant who was very nice and I came away weighed, measured and armed with 8 days worth of packs which will take me nicely to next Monday evening weigh in.

Drank water all day and had my first pack about five minutes ago. Off to start a new thread fresh threads/diary on the Cambridge section. If I can I will put a link here but I'm pretty useless at the tech stuff!

Hi Kira how are you doing? See you've gone back to Cambridge. Makes a lot of sense as you had a good consultant before and it is supportive isn't it. Hope it's going well. Guess I'm back to vlcd again too!!!! X
