DIARY CLOSED.

No reason why you shouldn't go. There will be plenty of other members there, and your consultant should make you more than welcome :)

Haha why did I post that on your diary hehe c

No idea lol. Hope you still go though! I always went to my classes alone - the first couple of weeks my mam came with me for moral support (wasn't a member). And then after that I started going alone. It actually encouraged me to speak to more people and make more new friends within group. So I would definitely reccomend still going :) x

How many cals do you have per day?? Im currently 9st 3, 5ft 2in and having 1200, is that right? Or should I be eating more??

It's personal to each individual. So no matter how many calories I have a day, it will mean nothing to you. As I'm a different weight, age, height, etc. That's why I never post on here my calories on a "normal" day, only on my fasting days.

Are you doing 5:2? If you google TDEE and click on the first link it'll bring up a calculator. Input your information and it will work out the number of calories you should be eating on a "normal" day. Then obviously the fast days you stick to 500cals or less :)

Morning diary, happy hump day! Have just been saying how quickly this week seems to be going, so hopefully it will continue to do so! I'm exhausted this morning and can't wait for a bit of lie-in at the weekend.
Got some yummy food planned for today! Going to call at Aldi on the way home from work and pick up some gammon to make the rosti stacks from the latest SW mag! It'll probably be the first ever recipe I've made from the magazine, which is crazy since I followed SW for 3 years!! I always just used to throw my own recipes together, but this looks really yummy. So I can't wait!

It's also "Frappe day" in the office today. One of the girls is leaving so there's a few of us going to have a mid-morning Costa as a treat. I'll be good and have a skinny cappuccino - it still feels like a treat to me as I don't have them often! Yum :)

Anyway, this is how today is looking. Have a good day everyone xx

I thought the gammon and Rosti looked fab too but Chris didn't fancy it!! Men lol x

It was really tasty!! The rosti took much longer than the magazine said though, little tinkers lol. I like it to go nice and golden and crispy on the outside so I left it in about double the time.

It's funny. I had text Warren and said I was having gammon for tea, did he want some. His reply... no thanks, I don't like gammon. I'll have bacon sandwich before I come round....WHAT!? Bacon is the same bloody thing as gammon!! :giggle: He is such a funny little bean xx

I had my eye on that recipe in the magazine too, will have to add it to the ever growing list of things to try next week. Glad I'm not the only one with a strange OH when it comes to food: he'll eat tomatoes in any form other than their natural one. He'll even eat chopped tomatoes from a can but you put a whole tomatoe in front of him, or even slices in a sandwich, he freaks out! IT'S THE SAME THING!

Lol!! Warren is the same, he hates tomatoes too. Most vegetables actually. He will only eat green peppers, not red or orange. And he won't really entertain anything else! One time when I made him pizza chicken (his fave!) he freaked out when he realised tomato puree is...shock horror...made with tomatoes!!! Don't know what he thought it was lol x

Good morning diary. It's wild here today, but at least it's Friday. Woop!! I feel exhausted this week, and I'm looking forward to a nice chilled weekend of not really doing a lot.

I am so naughty, but I did a scale hop this morning and my scales are showing 12st 1lb. Which is a 0.5lb gain from Monday's weigh in - AND yesterday was a fast day! Grrr!! Sometimes our bodies are weird aren't they? I've still got another fast to go this week (Sunday), so hopefully that'll get things moving as I want 1lb off this week to get me into the 11's ... hopefully! Going to try not to stress about it too much and keep doing is I've been doing, as it's obviously working!!

Anyway, it's a feast day today. So some yummy food ahead!! This is what I'll be having...

Hmmm food sounds good especially the reese bar :D

Hehe, that's what I'm most looking forward to today :D I just love Reese's, it's my favourite. Warren bought me the bar last week and I totally forgot about it until now! We are having a DVD night tonight so that will be a nice treat to enjoy with a film.

Hope you have a lovely Friday, Michelle xx
