Morning diary, happy Monday! Can't actually believe it's Monday again already, this weekend has flown over. And I had an extra day (Friday) off too!! But hey ho, it'll soon come round again.
As you know, it's weigh day for me today. And I saw a 1lb loss on the scales this morning! Taking me down to 11st 11lb. Happy with that as it's star week, and I'm feeling incredibly bloated and also a little constipated (sorry if TMI
). That now makes it 1st 5lb gone after 6 WI's, and leaves me 4lb and 4 weeks to go to try and hit my mini Christmas goal of 11st 7lb. Also just 2lb to go until I've lost 1st 7lb with 5:2, so that's plenty to keep me motivated!
As it's weigh day, today is going to be a yummy feast day. I've been craving sausage and mash lately, so that's what I'll be having for tea tonight. Can't wait! The only thing I'm not sure of so far is what I will be having for lunch, but it'll be some sort of sandwich or salad - will see what takes my fancy!
