So I suppose it starts here...i am on day 2 after starting SS, my head hurts, im hungry, but i am determined to keep going.

I weighed myself the day before i started and was 11 stone 9lbs, this morning (day 2), I was 11 stone 7lbs, so I guess thats a start!

Hi Ems, I'm on day one and feeling cold already with the foggy head threatening to turn into headache, nothing like starting out on CD, however we should feel full of energy and raing to go in a few days. Stick with it and good luck
