Managed to stay on plan today. I've come to the conclusion that the binges are because I'm stressed & unorganised. So while I'm off work for two weeks I'm taking charge I started to day I sat down with all my debts and contacted step change & will hopefully be entering a dmp. Feel like a massive weight has been lifted. Also started batch cooking this weekend so have mini quiches, chicken balti & peppercorn chicken in the freezer Lack of money is a serious stress at the minute so I'm hoping batch cooking will make everything stretch further.
