Had some retail therapy today & bought new shoes :-D When I was out & about I popped into Costa for lunch. After reading the thread re point values of big chains, I decided last night, that Costa was where I was heading. I was SOO good! I bought a packet of 6 mini muffins but ate only 3 & took the other 3 home. Normally I wouldn't think twice about popping them all into my mouth, but today I thought no, don't eat them all. Boy that was an endurance test, but I did it. I gave them to my wee fella so I wouldn't be tempted to eat the lot!

Just a note, my dinners are served on side plates, but they are large side plates. My dinner plates are massive & food looks lost on them. At least on my large side plates, they look full. As the old saying goes, the eye sees it........
