OH woke me up at midnight last night with 2 crumpets!! i was still within my calories so it wasn't the end of the world, but still could have done without it!
So it's 2 days till weigh in no.2 and i'm not expecting great things. I could have done So much better! But nevermind, this weightloss thing is a long process and I can't be 100% all the time. But i must say i'm making a concetrated effort this week to not slip up. I think might change my weigh in day till monday - this might help me be better on weekends!
It's my last day off of this long weekend and i've not got anything planned except a little bit of housework, read my book, have a bath, paint my nails and prep myself for the week ahead!
I am having my first non ready meal tonight, i'm nervous, we're having beef steak fajitas. My plan is to have 1 tortilla and then if i'm still hungry have salad and the stir fried peppers, salsa etc. I need to weigh everything and really stay strict. I need to learn however, can't live off ready meals forever!
