Can't believe I haven't posted since Friday. The weekend just seems to run away on me. First things first.

I think my only saving grace is that I only cook slimming world syn free meals

Between us we had a large malteasers bar, large popcorn, nuts and a bag of kinder choc. At least I had a diet coke?!

Dinner
Chinese.
I went to my Fav place in Letterkenny and had chicken black bean with some fried rice and noodles, and some prawn crackers
Sunday
Breakfast 12 o clock oops
Pancakes and nutella 7 syns
Strawberries
Leftover Chinese food too.
Lunch
Didn't eat anything.
Dinner 8:40pm
Spaghetti and meatballs which were amazing. Made from scratch and only 3 syns in an entire batch of 50 balls.
We had enough for dinner last night, today's lunch, tonights tea for me (5 meals) and about 3 more meals in the pot to be froze.
So I think not eating regularly is getting me and not drinking water. I'm munching on crap.
This weekend alone I snacked on

Bag of hunky dory sour cream and onion

Fruit pastellies
