I want that :) (minus the cheese) I haven't had chips and beans for...... I quite remember how long ago!
Definitely on the menu really soon lol

Not a great lover of cheese, so on chips it's a no no, in a crisp sandwich now that's a different story lol

Cheese and crisps in a White bread sandwich with butter- it's the reason I got where I am ;) that and pizza... Lol

Good job I ran out of bread or I would be in the kitchen now making one lol but I have had chocolate galore today ooops cake day to raise money for charity, my goodness some people can bake far too well!

I haven't had time (genuinely) to update this over the last couple of days, at least not properly. I've had a crap couple of days food wise, and I'm really down about it.
Last week I had a 1lb gain (wedding and meal out) and I could deal with that. I still felt nice and in control. But this week- it's been awful. And I actually feel guilty. It was my last week at home before going back to uni, and consequently had a LOT of bad meals- parents took me to a restaurant which did NOTHING REMOTELY SW friendly. Then they made a kind of last supper for me, which consisted of quiche, cheesecake, etc etc. They know I love that kind of food, and they were trying to be nice.
And then my boyfriend made me a delicious meal and some cookies, to say goodbye (as we are both going to uni) and also because it was our 'anniversary'. But the meal was creamy and cheesy and I had ZERO control of what went in (surprise meal!) I enjoyed myself at the time. But I know that tomorrow, when I weigh in, I'm going to be looking at another gain :(

I know why it's happened, but it's getting me down. I know SW works, and I know I can do it. But I'm just in a bad mood, hormonal and fed up.
So tomorrow I'm back on plan, starting my food diary again.
Gonna need lots of luck :)
Feel better for that little rant....

It's so natural for everyone to wish you luck and spend some quality time before your off to uni. It seems that meals and fav foods is their way of being nice, and it's only a one off thing so if you gain you know you won't be doing all that again soon! I also think that these food splurge gains as with holiday gains are really quick to lose.
Your going through a change, you should be all over the place or you wouldn't be normal :)
Good luck getting back on plan, into a routine and back to uni

Happy anniversary :)

Look forward to seeing your food diary again x

Thankyou Kron, makes me feel better to hear someone say that it's normal! I've sat down and written a meal plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner for every day up until the weekend. It may change a little bit for lunches, but evening meals and breakfasts are sorted. I feel like plans will mean I stick to it more.
In osme ways I'm more determined than ever. But I know it's going to be so disheartening to see the number on the scales tomorrow. Ah well. Must accept it and move on :)

So new start, new day :)

Got up and did Kettleworx Core (6) this morning, and will probably do resistance tomorrow morning. Will be out all day on Wednesday so HAVE to make some good choices then. But I have done a meal plan for the other days, which I am trying hard to stick to.
Anyway, today:

Breakfast- Activia FF Cherry yogurt, 1 nectarine, 2 slices nimble (HEXB) with half tbsp of Philadelphia Light (1)

Lunch: Well it should have been noodle stir fry, but I have to go out at 12 to uni, and won't be back until 3.30, which is a bit late. I think I'll try and eat something about 11.30, otherwise I'll end up buying some rubbish from the SU or shop on campus!

Dinner: risotto, with peas and green beans :) Yummy, looking forward to that :)

Claire I know how it feel seeing that number go up, my maintaining often sees me drop below my 3lb allowance so off i scoff lol, even knowing i need to gain a little to avoid paying its horrible seeing the scales go up!

Your definitley back on track swinging and planning your meals so uber organised :)

So today didn't go exactly to plan, but it was at least ON plan. INstead of my noodles, I had lunch at uni, a jacket potato and cheese and beans. (a)
Then for dinner I'm having stir fry, with garden peas, broad beans (BOTH SS!) and green beans (ss?). And my second HEXA of cheese.

Earlier I had 2 ryvita crackerbread and some philly, and an apple- 1 syn for the philly, and 2 syns for the crackers, although I might make them part of my second HEXB :)

Just need some syns now :)

Broad beans ..... I can't remember the last time I tried them so will have to give them another go, will be funny seeing hubby's face when I put them in front of him lol

So today:

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs on wholmeal toast (HEXB) spread with butter (4 syns)
Lunch: New potato salad with peas, sweetcorn and leeks, made with 4 tbsp of Hellmans Lighter than Light mayo (2 syns).
Snack: an apple, a plum, some grapes.
Dinner: Pasta with tomato sauce, philadelphia (2 syns) and HEXA of cheese :) yummy!

DISASTER yesterday- well, my breakfast was ok, but lunch was horrendous. One word- NANDOS. Try eating there when you're veggie!

Anyway, shall gloss over that, today has been much more positive:
Breakfast- Oat So Simple with 1 tsp of golden syrup (B+1 syn)
Lunch- Broccoli pasta and sauce with extra sweetcorn (1 syn) + HEXA of grated cheddar.
Dinner- probably quorn burgers with mangetout, broccoli, and sweetcorn (Have lots of veg to use up!)

Today should be good :D

One meal shouldn't be too bad :) I don't really rate Nandos, went there once and didn't seem to have much choice on the menu!

So yesterday:
Breakfast- 2 weetabix (b) with milk (a)
Lunch- sandwiches- no idea of the syns, I was working at uni, and they were our lunch provided for us!
Dinner- Nothing- I had a VERY funny tummy last night, so didn't eat anything in the evening. All in all I consumed much less than normal, but I am feeling much better today :)

And today:
Breakfast- nothing, still felt a bit funny
Lunch- Amoy Noodles (2.5) broad beans, garden peas, and half a corn on the cob shared with the OH.
Dinner- no idea, something very yummy, perhaps jacket potato with beans and cheese...or something pasta based :)

Dinner- was indeed a jacket potato with mozzarella (a) and baked beans, and two old style quorn sausages.
For a snack I had some ryvita crackerbread (b) and I'll be having two pieces of toast later too (b)

:)

My daughter raves about the Nando's veggie burger. I probably has a million syns though lol

Diary looking good, Bear. Glad you are feeling better after your funny tummy :)

Thanks :) I think it's still a bit dodgy unfortunately. I seem to have a a bit of a patter, in that the last few days I've felt really achey and queasy in the evenings, not just after dinner but before too..perhaps I've a food allergy or something, but I don't know what else to attribute it to, as it's not constant like it would be if it were a bug! Confused!
