Had a bit of a break .. Kids not well, me not well, getter older lol
Got back to it last Friday with my HIIT class - hard work but enjoyed it, noticed had to push myself jogging . .. My Achilles heel was a bit tight too..
Monday morning kettercise - pushed myself to go, glad a did felt better afterwards .. Arms aching today legs tight but not sore
Also started doing wall push-ups 2sets of 20 reps daily .. Can see my shoulder is sitting more normally but the trapeze muscle at base of neck top of shoulder . Is lacking so am going to try build that up / with flys with kettle bell ?? Plus other shoulder moves - not sure how long it will take
Was meant to go to kettlercise class this morning - but kids still off school, managed to get them into bed by 6:45pm and off I went to wing chun class.. Warm up was very hard work! The punching drills, push-ups (wall ones for me) kicking drills .. 1:36 mins burnt 695 cals .. Wow!
