Diary of a Kettercise swinger!

Had a bit of a break .. Kids not well, me not well, getter older lol

Got back to it last Friday with my HIIT class - hard work but enjoyed it, noticed had to push myself jogging . .. My Achilles heel was a bit tight too..

Monday morning kettercise - pushed myself to go, glad a did felt better afterwards .. Arms aching today legs tight but not sore :)

Also started doing wall push-ups 2sets of 20 reps daily .. Can see my shoulder is sitting more normally but the trapeze muscle at base of neck top of shoulder . Is lacking so am going to try build that up / with flys with kettle bell ?? Plus other shoulder moves - not sure how long it will take

Yes I've got the one called "spinning". I use the cardio option when I do the kettercise. Love the cool graphs and stats :)

Went to a wing chun Kung fu class last night, used to do it 97/98 so a long while ago ! But even if I didn't remember my body did lol

Class was 90 mins - 7pm - 8:30pm

The class was all doing not much talking / which was great! Constantly moving burns cals :)

Went to my normal Thursday night kettlercise class, was a good work out ! Had missed it for last 2 weeks - due to birthday and valentine's days..

Was meant to go to kettlercise class this morning - but kids still off school, managed to get them into bed by 6:45pm and off I went to wing chun class.. Warm up was very hard work! The punching drills, push-ups (wall ones for me) kicking drills .. 1:36 mins burnt 695 cals .. Wow!

Finally been back to kettlercise class! Kids off school, sore back from seeing a chiropractor, and advised to rest, ..
