I love using mfp! It's got all my stats on from over the last few years and has made me realise how far I've come. It might be slow and with ups and downs, but I'm a stone and a half in the right direction
What I had forgotten was how many calories there are in butter - oops.
Late lunch/brunch - 3 slices of pumpkin seed bread and lurpak lighter
