It's cold, it's wet & I want to eat lol x
 
I don't know why I'm pointing, I've got an eating packed weekend!! Going to my dads tomo for a big Sunday lunch... Full fat stylee!! I guess I can just keep the exercise up this week & work hard Monday to Friday which is what I normally do lol!! 5 day dieter I am xx
 
I just had 3 milk choc digestives too at 7pp with a cup of tea!! I'm ***** : /

Lol at blanking it out! Shred is good but can gain little bit at the start! Yea see how you feel tomorrow :0)

Had a great time at the party but as I thought.. I ate & drank too much lol! I'm not aching so might wack & DVD on. I'm just severly lacking in motivation this morning. Hope you are ok Daisy? What is a velvet crunch btw? X

Glad you had a great time at the party :0) I'm good thanks,had a lie in so still waking up lol.Velvet crunch are crisps.Taste very nice :0)

I'm terrible,I like sweet and savoury things lol.When I first saw people put up velvet crunch I thought it was going to be chocolate to be honest!Yea nother day tomorrow with exercise :0) I've not done a DVD since Wednesday last week!
 
Well horrendous day out of the way again & another 2 glasses of Pinot grigio drank!!! I'm fit to burst. Went out & brought some healthy supplies today, WW yogs alpen light bars & WW wraps today ready for my good 5 days lol!! Crisps do not interest me really but I do like pickled onion monster munch!! X
 
Right... New day... New attitude!! Im still in bed with my baby boy who is having a lie in clearly! He had hus bottle at 5.30 though.. Think hes having a growth spurt poor boy. Think im having cereal for brekkie & just need to point my tea. X
 
Im going to give this Wendie plan a go starting today with weigh in being next Monday. I used an online calculator based on my 27 points & the day that i want to use most of my weeklies being a Sat (when im at my mums). It doesnt say when to weigh so im going to pick Monday!! Hope it works... Its worth a go surely!!

I will point my meals later. Heres the wendi points system:
