Hi everyone
I used to be a Gold WW member and lost 20lbs on the Discovery plan 2 years ago....sadly I have regained the weight (due to starting uni and comfort eating!) I'm determined to get the weight off this time and keep it off for good
My plan is: Weigh on a Friday and weeklies are replenished on a Tuesday
Today:
40g porridge oats, 1 ww toffee yogurt and an apple: 5
Chicken slim-a-soup: 1
Tin minestrone soup, bag skips, 1 ww fromage frais and some tinned pineapple. - 7
Sugarsnap peas dipped in 0 point WW salad cream: 0
Salmon en croute with a big pile of vegetables (broccoli, green beans and cabbage). 0 point WW salad cream: 11
250ml skimmed milk - 3
TOTAL: 27
WEEKLY POINTS USED: 1
WEEKLY POINTS BALANCE: 48
