Was so busy at work yesterday that I came home and pretty much went straight to bed.

Yesterday was another busy day at work.
Today I get to work from home and I don't start until this afternoon as we work late this evening running our youth group.

Made enough spaghetti bolognase to have today as well so will update later with food for today. Hope has a good day xxxx

Food for today started well...as I was working youth group this evening I had my dinner early...but now I've just got home and instead of the 1 bagel I pointed...I've eaten 2 with some low fat cheese and salad cream! But at least it's all pointed!

Yesterday was such a hard day to point. I did so well up until the evening. I had a charity event with work. It was at the Lancaster Gate Hotel in London. We didn't realise that they'd done a free 3 course meal and we had lots of free wine and champagne. Not sure how to even begin pointing it all.
But it's a new day today so will get back on it.
I weighed in this morning and stayed the same which I'm ok with. Hoping for a loss next week. Will update with food for today later.

Sometimes you can't point nights like that. But they happen and part of this whole 'journey' is moderation. This is what I need to learn haha instead of my all or nothing mentality that I'm trying to beat!

So taking part in work event like everyone else then getting back on track is the way forward :).

Well done With getting back on it today. I have decided to try and stop the "all or nothing" thing too. I had a lovely day yesterday and happy that I am back to pointing today xx
 
sounds like u had a lovely time :) it is hard to point things like that so best to just move on but with a sts on scales, looks like u didnt do too much damage anyways :) xx

Today I used a few of my weekly but I usually use them at the weekends so I don't think I did too badly.
Skipped breakfast though as had a lay in.
