Vegetable soup - potatoes, turnip, carrot, onion, veg stock, mixed pulses

Muller light yogurt

Dinner:
Extra lean mince
Baby potatoes
Carrot, Onion, peas

Snacks:
Walkers squares - 5 syns

Been so busy I've not had time to post, wi day today so i'll get back on track with my diaries from tomorrow. Not had time to fit in any exercise this week but been good with my food so hoping for something off. Would love to get 1.5lbs off to get me to 11st but think thats just wishful thinking.
 
Good luck, sure you'll be fine. I've had a long weekend away camping and managed to maintain (despite a naughty drinkies and non SW food) so I'm thrilled with that. No syns for me for a day or two though, just to make sure!

Hi Helen, well done maintaining, that's fab! When I came back from my two week holiday I had gained 7lb :eek:!!!

I managed to lose 2lb last night, was a bit shocked as I hadn't managed any exercise and thought it might have had an effect on my weight loss. That's me dropped a number with my stones and it has made me feel as determined as ever.

Lost 2lb last night and dropped into the 10s numbers:woohoo: so happy, as you can tell, and feeling as determined as ever :D.

I'm back, went to get weighed last night and had put on 4.5lbs!!! Not had a good couple pf weeks tho and dieting was the last thing on my mind.

Back on track, hopefully, and feeling focussed again :)
 
Been gone for a wee while but I'm back. Not been having a good time recently and it showed on the scales last night, was 4.5lb heavier :eek:. Thankfully things are looking up and I can focus on my diet again. After a wee chat with my friend and nearly giving up I'm back and determined not to let the same happen again.

I'm trying a green day today, have always done EE so hopefully I've got this right.
