Its cause i go to my dads and theres always bad food in! Fridays are my worse days as i finish work at 1 and always try to be busy so i dont eat due to boredom! But i went to my dads, theres no one in and i can scoff my face! I tried my hardest not to go there as i knew what would happen but i had to as my sisters friends ill so i had to go there to get stuff for my sister. I think from now on im going to take stuff to eat in my bag when i finish work as its boredom and hunger today!

Ok, so you've got a plan to stop this happening again - that's great :) I've found this way of eating is so much about planning. If I plan, I get it right.

Its deffo all about planning - planning and willpower!! Will hopefully get to they gym tomorrow too so that should help!

Sooo after my weak spot i came home and tidied up! Was going to start our lasagne for tea but didn't know what time the boyfriend was going to be home!
So I sat down at made a couple of CDs for when we go on a nice drive on Sunday.
When the boyfriend got home he had bought me a present!! A gorgeous cute little pandora charm of a little man! How sweet! He said it was because ive been down lately and wanted to cheer me up! Love him so so so much!
We had to mooch to my papabears as i had forgot the lasagne dish!! Dont worry, i didnt eat anything while i was there! - too full from the last time ha!
We stayed for a bit as he was there by himself and i just bloomin love my dad so stayed and had a good chat!
Then me and boyfriend took the long way home so we could listen to our CDs! By the time we got near home it was quite late so he suggested a subway!!!! As lasagne was going to take about an hour!!! I had another chicken subway salad but with NO mayo cause of the syns!
Then after them i had some pineapple mm!

Seen a porridge cookie recipe at half a syn and decided to make them! As they only take ten mins!!
Get 35g of porridge (heb) put in a bowl with an options hot choc ( i used white) and add some sweetner, a beaten egg and i added some raspberries too! Mix them all together, pop on a frylighted baking try and put in the oven! They make how ever many you want. I put them in the oven on 180 for about 15mins. They were smidge dry, boyfriend loved them but i had mine with Mullerlight yoghurt. Nice little end to the night.

I was looking through my photos when the boyfriend was getting my.Subway, and seeing how happy i looked and thinner. Im going to get like that again. I need to be happy.

breakfast has been a sucsess!
eggy bread (heb) and bacon madallions, syn free sausages, mushroom and onions. followed by grapes, mango and yoghurt

was meant to be helping pack up all of the stuff for my Grandmas house to be sold today, but my mams going to work instead.
so im having my youngest neice. going to make a sw quiche me thinks :)

Today has been gorgeous.
Had my youngest neice for about 5 hours and its been perfecto!
She is two but she is amazing. We chilled out watched Peppa Pig, played with it, ran out in the garden for a bit and made a sw broccili and bacon pasta quiche!

All syn free! Ive ate grapes and raspberries and an apple too as my neice likes all them things so she ate them all. She doesnt often get to eat proper meals if that makes sence as my older sister, her mam, doesnt cook much. Its not take aways and what not its just oven and microwaveable stuff. My sister is a bit worried about getting fat so doesnt eat much herself. When she was about 4 my mam was seriously ill with anarexia, and went down to 5stone. My sister used to see her getting on and off the scales all the time so now my sister is always going 'do i look fat' and all that. Luckily her two daughters, even though there 2 &10 understand everyone comes in different shapes and sizes!!
My neice LOVED the quiche! I gave her a muller light toffee after too, and she really enjoyed it!
So far today i have had ZERO syns!! Just getting the stuff ready for the lasagne, and the cheese and philly i pop in will have to be synd!!! But there wont be too much!

Had to experiment some more with them cookies.
This time made using mint options hoy choc and choc chip bits too. Round about 6 syns for the full batch if you include porridge as your HeB. I had one, boyfriend had the rest!

Well my fellow slimmers today has been PERFECT!
I woke up at 6.30! Which is what i get for falling asleep on the settee at half nine last night...oops.
I was originally going to have a bacon, sausage, mushroom and onion sarnie for brekky, then i spotted a ww wrap in the cupbord left over from our pizzas! So i thought id make an attempt at a mcdees breakfast wrap. It did not go to plan...

I had too much in!!! But it was still lovely! Count 1.5syns for the tommy k!

Then me and the boyfriend set off to Whitby! It was gorgeous! We had a lovely drive, laughing, listening to music. Honestly after two years together its safe to say i love him more each day. He still gives me flutterbys! ( thats butterflies, not some sort of disease or twitch)

We had a lovely walk around Whitby, down the light house, through all the shops.
Then after we thought we would drive to Scarborough too. So we headed over there, and had a lovely walk to!
Then we were hungry, so this was a testing time! Boyfriend got fish and chips and a sausage. And i got fish and mushypeas..but...guess what! I PULLED the batter off, ALL OF IT, and gave it to the boyfriend! I didnt even have a taster of it!

Anywhoo after that we carried on walking and had an ice cream. ( yes i know its syns but its less than it would be if i had had the batter too!) i had a banana flaveoured ice cream it was to die for!!!

We went past a little fudge shop. Now im not keen on fudge, but i am keen on truffels....and i looked in the window, and there was a mint aero truffle about the size of my podgy fist!!!! For £3.75!!! The temptation not to buy it!!! Honestly my bloomin willpower today has shocked me!!!! It looked deeeeliscious!!! They looked like bars of soap, you know creative soaps?! They looked like them!!! I made the boyfriend note the name down so he can travel the 48+ miles to scaeborough and get me one for my Birthday hahahaha. If he knows whats good for him he will!!!!

We then retired to the beach front, with a cup of tea each, and sat, sipped our teas, people watching while the sun just started setting. What a perfect bloomin day!

I had a bit of Edinbrough rock too! Looked all over for syn value but cant pickin find it anywhere!!!

After we got home we mooched to my dads, where he had his usual Sunday supply for us, washing powder, 5bags of apples, 5bags of pears, meat, broccili and this time the inside of a slow cooker filled with ham and veg soup! My dad is an amazing man! Cares so much for us!!

So my tea has been ham and veg soup poured over chicken breast!

I think someone is going to have a bad tummy in the morning!!! Ooops!

Perfect Sunday, yet i know itll be a gain tomorrow but im ready for it!

Awake, again!
Would love to know whats causing this! You would have thought the sea air would have made me sleep through! Oh well, been awake foe just under two hours now, going to cuddle into boyfriend and try snoozing again!

Sounds like you had a great day. I'm sure with all the walking not too much damage was done.

Liter of water already, apple for breakfast apple for snack mugshot and left over ham with apple and muller for dinner.
Busy bee this afty with lots of patients up and down stairs!!!
I think a 3pound gain tonight!

2pound off!!! I was NOT expecting that!! Boyfriend lost 2pound too!
I now weigh 24stone 4!
I want another 5pound off by my birthday in the middle of April. Dare i say i might be able to do more!

Slow and steady ey!!!
