Thanks daisy. I always feel guilty using more weeklies than I have earned and I don't know why. Thing I'm finding at the moment is after 11 consecutive losses I'm expecting a fall soon and I know when it happens I will kick myself and that might be the thing that sends me off track. Sneak peak on my hugely unreliable scales show a sts and I know it shouldn't bother me but it really is...I will find out for sure tomorrow but I really wanted a loss again this week (for my stone and a half).....and I think the pressure, plus emotional week and TOTM is just making me want to do eat things I shouldn't. I feel fat and bloated after the scone and didn't really enjoy it so why did I eat it just because everyone else was?????? Sorry for the bit of a rant but I needed to get it out of my system. I could be worrying in vain - I hope anyway - but the way I feel at this moment is like I have put 2 stone on rather than lost anything. :(
 
Don't be so hard on yourself,you have done soooo well :0) plus as you say,it's been a stressful time of late and you're only human after all.Hope all goes well for tomorrow,try not to worry about it,easy for me to say I know.Plus if there is a gain,keep going and it will soon be off!

Oh balls. Hubby has just phoned and said he wants a Indian for tea as he has had a crap day and its hid favourite....problem is last time I had an Indian it was 34pp.

If I deduct what I was having for tea I have 2 dailies left, 19 weeklies and 9 activities.

My usually organised self has gone to pot today - so what's the chances of dinner tonight affecting wi tomorrow if im over points? Debating just enjoying it and not feeling guilty and then dealing with the consequences over the next week. Thing is I actually just want to cry and scream at him for being an arse and suggesting it knowing how hard I'm trying and I only do things like that on a Saturday but then I don't want to cause a row when I have hardly seen him in the last 11 days.......
 
Go with it and enjoy it,as you say,you can reign it in next week,he is probably just wanting to chill with you and for you to not having to worry bout cooking,plus it would definitely be a shame to have a row as you say :0)
 
Another idea is just eat the meat/main and forgo the rice/nan probsave some pro points :) but don't row you have to be flexible we are doing this for life xx
 
That might work actually! Clever thinking. We haven't ordered yet and just popping out so he might change his mind yet x
 
Ok so my willpower wasn't that good. Not pointed as won't make a difference as its my last meal before wi but had small bit of s portion of rice, 3 bits of chicken Korma and not much sauce, 4 bits of shashlik, salad and 2 wedges of Bombay potatoes, half a naan and some raita. Yummy yummy.

Will say night now and let you know how I get in at wi. Tomorrow will be fruit salad for breakfast, BBQ lunchtime and probably nothing or toast for dinner. We are also going to the cinema so will take some Ww bits as treats.

Nothing special planned, very achey calfs from Just Dance yesterday though! Day 7 and still got all of my weeklies/activity points to spend, might treat myself to a McFlurry, yum! x

Other than that, just studying, and preaching at random people to save their milk bottle tops for a little girl I know with Cerebral Palsy. The NHS won't fund a wheelchair for her but she can get it from a charity if we can collect half the weight of the wheelchair in milk bottle tops!
 
Right so no idea what food today holds. Just off to a BBQ then who knows. Am going to enjoy this weekend as probably last weekend with my hubby until our holiday in July. Will update later xx
 
Thanks. Well used most of my daily points - have had 2 chicken thighs, a sausage, a pork steak, new potatoes and salad, boiled eggs and 2 profiteroles for pudding - think have over pointed to be on the safe side so used 28/31pp.

Am having cheese on toast for tea so 5pp (crusts away bread is only 1pp per slice) and will have an icelolly for 2pp later and maybe a bag of crisps for 2pp and a chocolate bar - 2pp I also need to point 2pp for a box of ww sweets I keep dipping into

Total 31/31 dailies
