ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

I never thought of the bin. Thats a great idea...I had been bringing the home for everyone else lol.... Hubby has moved his treats to the other side of him so I can't just pick at them so I suppose it's a start. :) just had Chinese - a spoonful of rice, curry and chow mein and chicken Chinese style (basically a chicken breast in a gravy style sauce and bean sprouts) pointed at 20 for the whole dinner

No I didn't get swimming today - phoned and the pool was closed so going on Monday instead.

I have planned a carvery tomorrow - looked on esource and a weatherspoons beef carvery is 31pp so going on that....probably won't have a pudding but if I do will share with my step daughter so estimating 7 for half. Will eat fruit before we go and toast for tea if I'm hungry later.

As for Tuesday - no idea. I have planned my week on my esource and I have more than enough points for 3 slices of pizza and salad (was thinking of having their unlimited buffet and filling up on free salad) but I might look around on the day for other eating places as spud u like seems high which was my other option and have decided to have breakfast before I go to save points on that - but a day of walking around lakeside will earn some activity points back.

Planning my week the pizza hut way I have 28 weeklies remaining (21 if you count pudding) so I should be ok....I just wanted another big loss this week.
 
Beetroot, potato salad and thousand island dressing. I'm assuming lettuce, tomato, peppers and cucumber will be free :) thanks daisy. I nearly brought the EOG today as well

I have beetroot and carrot at 1pp.potato salad is 4pp,1000 island is 2pp,doesn't say bout lettuce etc but I reckon it must be.
 
Thanks and you too. Bath and bed for me now...been awake since 4.30 - hoping for a lay in tomorrow. Oh how different tonight was from last Saturday.

I really really want to thank you. I started this morning and this evening quite down and unhappy about food, weight, diet and outings and you have managed to turn it all around so I feel quite positive and happy. Xxx

Well just waiting for my hungover step daughter to get her butt into gear before we go out. Can't complain she brought us breakfast in bed (that I hadn't planned so 8 points already) then when we came down she was sparko on the sofa!!!

So plan for rest of the day is carvery (large weather spoon roast beef is 31 so used as a guideline) but will point it properly later and then a primula sandwich for tea (4pp) as you can see I have lots of fruit to munch on if I'm hungry.
