I used to plan mine weekly but haven't for a little while.If planning ahead works for you then I think it's a good thing :0) hope working at home today goes well,least you have your snacks sorted :0)
 
Grrrr men - why do they have to be such a holes. He is away for the night and decides tonight to start an argument so he hangs up on me and he is miles away and I'm here with his daughter...i have now shut myself in my room crying my eyes out and all I want is for everything to be ok :(
 
And had far to many points today - full sized mars bar, flapjack and well loads really.

Have 23 weeklies left and an upset tummy from hell - probably because of the crap I ate - which I only ate due to the crap evening.

I did get swimming though. No idea what tomorrow holds. Another day. Night all
 
Thanks Daisy. Just waiting to go there now. Haven't decided on dinner today - mainly as I have no appetite but breakfast is belvita biscuits - 6pp

Lunch is ryvitas and cream cheese - 3pp

Snacks - quavers, biscuits, Ww chocolate, yoghurt - 8pp

Leaving 13pp for dinner. Going for a 30 minute swim after work hopefully and have skittles tonight.
 
Thinking that could be a plan. Well he has ruled out my diet, tinnitus and low blood pressure. It could be something to do with my thyroid, something with my heart or just a viral infection. Have to have an ECG and blood tests so not cure yet :(
 
Thanks. Don't have much of an appetite today so not much food eaten. It's hot and muggy so not helping. How's your day?
 
Shame you don't have much of a appetite.Not often that i get that lol.Am good thanks,done a Tae bo DVD this morning,could definitely feel it!Food all ok,day 4 of simply filling.
