It's a business admin apprenticeship for what used to be pfizers. Basically maintaining websites, ict and market research. Im so pleased for her.

Thanks guys. She's very excited. Because of our holiday she doesn't start until August so she has a few weeks if freedom yet.

Anyway food for today. I was extra hungry today so ate loads.

Breakfast porridge and golden syrup - 4pp

Lunch - ryvita and cheese triangle, Ww crisps, mini pack of sushi, Ww cookies, Ww cake - 13pp

Dinner - chicken tikka breast and rice - 11pp

Snacks - Ww cake and Ww biscuit and final graze -

Total - 38pp more weeklies used. 31 weeklies left.

Am having pasta for lunch tomorrow in the hope it fills me up more as I have been so hungry today!!!

Pasta was yummy. Failed today and had a kebab for tea - but TOTM and hungry and it's what everyone else wanted and I couldn't be arsed to argue.

Didn't eat all of it so just a bit of meat and salad - pointed at 15

30 points used today as had saved lots for tea anyway. No extra weeklies. Also went swimming for an hour.

Don't have time to update food or read others diaries but here's a picture of my step daughter at her prom last night

Aw, she looked gorgeous, I didn't go to my school prom (I'm the same age as her) and looking through the pictures I regret it a little! Hope you enjoyed your kebab! I am very jealous though, what a lovely figure she has!

I think shes older than you Jaly. She has just finished her A levels. She's 18 - 19 in January. This was her 6th form prom but she was disappointed in it - she didn't enjoy if as much as her year 11 prom.

I think she is stunning - she is so petite. She weighs 7 stone 2. She has put on just over a stone since she has come to live with us but she looks healthier xxx

Oh, okay, in this area we don't call it a prom after year 11, she is 2 years older than me 7 stone 2, that's shocking, how tall is she if you don't mind me asking? x

She is 5ft 2. All of her life she has been underweight as she never ate properly at her mums. She was barely 6 stone when she came to live with us. She is now looking healthy, plus she goes to zumba with me (although we as having a break at the moment) and she has put on some weight.

Sorry been AWOL the last few days. Busy is an understatement. I thought the lead up to a holiday was supposed to be quite easy but not this one. So much to organise plus work.....anyway enough moaning.

Food has been so/so. Had planned to be good and was in Wednesday....yesterday started ok until my step daughter did me hot dogs for lunch and then my mother in law took us our for an Indian to celebrate our wedding anniversary as she was on holiday when it happened....and to top it all off I'm nearly out of weeklies and I am going out for a carvery with my friend today!!! Oh well - cant change anything just have to hope for a sts on Saturday. Really wanted to lose at least half a pound but we shall see.

Anyway total damage done by the end of yesterday is 0 weeklies remaining and 8 activity points left.

Anyway today's food consists of banana for breakfast,

Shopping and carvery with my friend for lunch

As little as possible for tea - probably tomato soup and ryvitas.

And so pleased...shopping today I spotted a dress I had been watching since march reduced by half price in the sale. Anyway brought a 14 as an inspiration to lose weight and it fits!!! Im so pleased

Yes it's been a lovely day - strolling in the sunshine. hope you are ok and doing well.

I took a picture of me in the dress. The first picture is the reason I lost weight. This was taken in Florida last year - I know I'm sat down but my tummy I huge and I hate it. It's one of the very few pictures Taken of me in Florida. The next two pictures are ones taken this week!
