Lunch: salad, mugshot, cheese (hea) and 2 quorn sausages (2syns)

Snack: apple brazil nuts (heb)

Dinner: cheese(hea) mushroom omelette with beans and 2 quorn sausages (2syns)

Chocolate bunny 15 syns - I need chocolate, I've been craving sweet stuff all day!!!!

Breakfast: mango and pineapple

Lunch: mugshot, salad and 2 meatfree burgers with el mayo (1.5syns)

Dinner: sw pizza (2hea 2heb) with sw chips el mayo and ketchup (3syns)

Snacks: 2quality streets (4syns)

Going to have some more chocolate, going to measure out 6.5 syns worth to take me up to my 15 syns

2lb is purely a hormonal gain. Hormones have a lot to answer for. It will be gone as quick as it came.

Actually did some exercise today...30ds (only level1 though)

Breakfast: alpen light (1/2 heb) apple

Lunch: cheese mugshot with quorn sausage (3syns)

Dinner: tomato mugshot, cheese (hea) pitta bread (heb) quorn sausage (1syn) alpen light (1/2heb)

All these hotels are the same, I could be anywhere!! Lol!! Been invited to dinner at Indian restaurant, but I'm staying in having my mugshot!!! What an angel I am!!!! X
