Breakfast: ww toast (heb) with scrape butter(3syns) marmite and yog

Snack: banana and satsuma

Lunch: mugshot, nectarine and crisps (s8syns)

Dinner: pasta bolognese (1syn) with cheese (hea) mini twister (2.5 syns)

Mikado chocs (3syns)

17.5 syns....
 
Tue 12 June

Breakfast: crumpet with butter and marmite (6syns) and satsuma

Snack: banana (there is some cake floating around the office - must resist!!!!)

Lunch: wm pitta (heb) with cheese(hea) and salad and el mayo (1.5 syns) nectarine and satsuma

Dinner: jacket potato cheese (hea) beans and salad el mayo (2ayns)

Hopefully have a yogurt too - need more calcium!!
 
Mon 18th June

Back on plan today... Well I'll try!!!

Breakfast: nectarine and satsuma (was too eat to eat anything else!!)

Snack: hifi bar (heb) nectarine

Lunch: pasta salad (3 syns for oil) satsuma. I may also have some chocolate, maybe a freddo (5syns)

Dinner: cheese (hea) and mushroom omelette with beans and sw chips, mayo (2 syns) mini twister ice lolly (2.5 syns)

12.5 syns - not bad if I stick to it!!!!

Morning hun! Things are going okish.... My eating has been horrific though, I know lots of people say not to worry but I can't help it, I don't want to have a lot to lose after... I can feel myself getting bigger all over and it's making me upset :( But, we had a bit of a scare with the baby 2 weeks ago .....baby is all fine and we got to to find out we're having a boy!!! Very excited!

How are you doing? How was the move? Are you feeling at home in the new place? Xxxx

I don't blame you for worrying but it's perfectly natural to put on some weight x And you know afterwards you'll get it off again. Just don't stress over it x

Yes. Move went well thanks. Have day off today to unpack etc but am superglued to the sofa now! Oops.

God yeah... But to be honest I've been thinking of names for ages already!!!

We're off for a week and supposed to be decorating but hubby is hungover and I just can't be bothered ;-) Glad your all in ok...you can unpack later!!! Xx
 
I need to start counting my syns again properly!!! Here goes.....

Monday 25th

Breakfast: fruit salad

Lunch: 2 meat free burgers, mugshot and 3 thorntons chocolates (eeeeek 10 syns!!)

Dinner: quorn chilli with rice (1 syn) maybe a bit of sour cream

I've only seen them at Waitrose - in the frozen kosher section. They are lovely. Had them with jacket potato and beans last night :)

My anniversary :)!!!! We're not doing presents this year as we're saving for the baby but I got a box of lindt lindor!! Yum!! :)

Yesterday I did go a bit over my syns...probably more like 20 than 15!! Today I'm going to be good in the day but we're out tonight and there's no way I'll be sticking to plan!!

Breakfast: fruit salad

Lunch: homemade butternut squash soup with wm bread (heb)

Dinner: out to browns restaurant, yum!!

I really fancy butternut squash soup now. This weather is making me turn to soup making again.
