Thanks lovely ladies!!
Weighed in today and was sts from last fri - lost the 3lb bloat from Monday. Although, I was really dehydrated this morning so I'm not I've actually lost that.... I was up 2 yesterday so who knows!!! I've eaten ALOT today, all sw, but just massive portions!!
Breakfast: toast with marmite and scrape of peanut butter (2syns heb)
Lunch: quorn and veg thai curry with rice 2 syns
Dinner: was supposed to have something light..... 2 veg burgers, cheese wedges and salad el mayo, ketchup, 4 syns hea
2 crispy cakes ( 5 syns) thank god there finished now!!!!
