Thanks lovely ladies!! :)

Weighed in today and was sts from last fri - lost the 3lb bloat from Monday. Although, I was really dehydrated this morning so I'm not I've actually lost that.... I was up 2 yesterday so who knows!!! I've eaten ALOT today, all sw, but just massive portions!!

Breakfast: toast with marmite and scrape of peanut butter (2syns heb)

Lunch: quorn and veg thai curry with rice 2 syns

Dinner: was supposed to have something light..... 2 veg burgers, cheese wedges and salad el mayo, ketchup, 4 syns hea

2 crispy cakes ( 5 syns) thank god there finished now!!!!

Definitely a loss!!! Dehydration is fair game on the scales lol- well it is in my world lol.

Omg, I have quite possibly had the worst food day I've had in years today!! Fab day but I feel physically sick, my body can't cope!!!

Eeeep maybe a nice super free filled day tomorrow. I've had 30 syns worth of galaxy chocolate plus sour cream chips and peanut butter on my toast! Hmmmm not good :) x

I am disgusted by myself!! It was like I had a hangover, but I didn't, I was just tired and couldn't stop myself!! I started off with peanut butter on toast too, well after a handful of Doritos first thing this morning!! Not a good day all round for both of us then, your food sounds good though!! I can't believe I used to eat like this regularly. I'm so thirsty now from al the salty food.

The only remotely healthy thing I are today was dinner and that's cause I was cooking for tony to take to work too. Ugh today is weigh in day lol oops. I'm also real thirsty but I'm guzzling down more sugar than salt.. X
 
Peanut butter on toast with Doritos sounds lovely to me right now!

Don't let it get you down b. it's just one day, it's probably boosted your metabolism so don't worry. I'd go with Fiona's idea, super free up today. X

Yesterday didn't turn out too well either, meals were ok, just a bit of ice cream and crisps ruined things!!! Obviously I need to eat better but I also need to start doing some more exercise.... Holiday in 2 months and I'd like to feel a bit better in swimwear!! I just feel too tired to exercise .....but doesn't exercise give you more energy...????

It will give you more energy. Do something fun that you'll want to go to like hula hooping or belly dancing.

Wow that's a good day.... You can share my syns I just ate a KFC wrap complete with milk shake ....hmmmmm x
