Hey there. So on Thursday I went to my first meeting. I've been doing what I can so far to stay on plan - today was a little hit and miss as we had unexpected guests for lunch but actually once added up it wasn't that bad.

I've been looking for an app to try and keep track of what I eat - I have the paper ones from my Leader person (or are they consultants?!?) but as I understand it I only get these for the first 4 weeks (or it varies with each group).

My challenge is also I practically live on sandwiches for lunch at work - are there any suggestions for alternatives.....?

I think that's all the random thoughts in my head at the moment. Apparently its time for bed now!

You can get the slimmingworld app. The pin in your book will allow you access you can check syn and log on there. I always use paper, your consultant should give you sheets whenever you want

There are some great idea over on the recipes board for lunch. I normally keep it simple

Microwave rice and salad
Noodle salad
Deli pots (bachelor)
Pasta cooked night before
Mini sw quiches

I always pack fruit (3-4 bits) and hex b option - alpen light or ryvita or roll or wheetabix .. then snack on these

I had my first weigh in yesterday. I have lost 4lbs :) that's very exciting!

Am watching Julie and Julia while eating my dinner - so not good. That bruschetta looks amazing and the beouf bourginon looks amazing too!
