Have been doing some christmas planning - Have decided to buy a bottle of clique verve for chrismas day - it costs around $100 here (60 quid) but it goes lovely with seafood on the bbq will do wedges (probably shop bought - bad me!!) and salad. Usually for dessert wer have triffle, but am not doing that this year (cos I just sit and eat the cream and the leftovers get eaten for brekky on boxing day! - a tradition in our house) I have bought a mould for a ginger bread house but I will use cocoa instead of ginger and will get the kids to help me decorate it with loads of sweets and goodies (I am the only one that likes xmas cake so have to eat it all usually)
Sorry am burbling off in my own little world - is very bizzare that I can do this typing!! Back to what I was gonna write today:
Am feeling really bloated today - I think its because of roast dinner and veggies I had on Sunday and left overs yesterday - funny how it does not affect the rest of the family so badly - OH suggested that if I was a dog I would be put down - Thanks hun!!!
I have some activia in the fridge, may have to have all 4 today lol! Not sure if it is the fat free version though, will have to check the syns before I try de-bloating!!!
Will have to come back and do food diary and check everyone elses diaries - too little time in the mornings!!!

Woo! That's half of the 8lbs you wanted to lose by christmas already - well done
I know, how good is that!!! Am also only 5.5lbs away from my stone, have decided to have my xmas wi on christmas eve, so 4 wi's to go - very do-able!
Hmn seems odd testing the little'ns before starting nursery/kindergarten, you'd think they'd do it in year 1 instead... Kindergarten is what they used to call 1st year infants school in my day, so Reception year in UK - hopefully that makes more sense now!
Not familiar with the phrase itchy scratchies either, would that be a saying unique to whereever you originated from in t'UK? Sorry - a bit of valspeak there, basically focusing on the fact that the less desirables usually fail to check their kids for nits lol. lol I am originally from a little town just outside of Portsmouth, down on the (relatively) sunny south coast
Bit worrying about 'druggo' parents (I presume that's druggie and not a slang word for something else?), see how things are I guess - as long as the kids themselves are okay and there are good teachers in place things should be alright I agree, funny how there wasn't that problem in Yasmin's year. I think it has more to do with the fact the session was during the day, so all the unemployed types were able to attend (hopefully) giving the wrong impression!
Good luck to Yasmin for her Jazz concerts, I'm sure she'll do you proud Could you take some colouring books or comics for your son to entertain himself with quietly? Good Idea - will try that!!
A cherry festival sounds fun, and yummy if there's cherry themed foods Hmn have you seen the SW 'KFC' chicken recipe over on the recipe thread? Not tried it myself but it gets pretty good reviews Tried that the other week, but had to use normal bovril as chicken bovril not available here. Was nice, but I think with the chicken bovril would be nicer - also was quite a faff - I think I would be more likely to go for a baked spud and beans as home made fast food - will probably do something in the slow cooker that day so it is ready when we walk through the door.
