Hi

My names April, I am 40yrs old and have tried to lose weight so many times. Food is my coping mechanism which is part of why I struggle so much with staying on plan. I have joined WW/ SW so many times but typically give up within a few weeks.

I only found this site recently and reading other peoples diaries has helped enormously.

I lost 3.5 first week, 1.5 second week, +1.5 third week and lost 0.5 this week (which is a miracle) I want to lose 3lbs this week to make my half stone point.

I weight 19st 1.5lbs, my heaviest weight ever was 20st 7lbs back in 2010. I want to get to around 9st so i have a long journey ahead but im gonna take it 7lbs at a time.

Monday - Green Day

Breakfast - Banana

Weigh In - lost 0.5lb. (pleased with this as i struggled last week) (total now 4lbs)

Snack - pk beef grills (4syns)

Lunch - Large salad, boiled egg, beetroot & potato cubes. 1tsp lf dressing (1/2 syn) followed by mango & strawberry & ww yogurt.

Snack - small homemade fairy cake (4syns)

Dinner - Jacket potato, baked beans, 15g cheese (1/2A), tbsp lf coleslaw (2syns) , salad

Snack - 3 ryvita (B), 35g philli light (1/2A), Hifi berry bakewell (B)

Syns - 10.5 / 105
