I was so hopeful about SW but within a few days I fell back into old patterns...am I eating too much? Am I eating enough? Oh no it would have been better to have had that...I've blown it now etc.
So I had a major binge on Fri night. Horrible. Not even a treat night but 1/2 box lindor choccies, big bag of kettle crisps & dip, large latte, Thai green chicken curry, 1/2 tub Ben & jerrys. I just couldn't draw the line at the Chocs which is what I should have done.
Fri was a draining day (year 11 last day and I said goodbye to my tutor group who I had for 5 years), but it was because I felt like I was on a restricted diet and blew it.
So today I didn't eat until I was hungry (6pm...binge purge pattern anyone?). And now I'm not sure what I'm doing.
Options:
- return to SW, treat this as a blip
- return to bodycoach...I did that without a binge for 9 weeks
- something new
Not sure but not rushing to make a decision.
Anyway, on another note, this came home with us today...
His name is Bertie and he's an 8 week old cockerpoo...
