Well this may sound a tad silly but oh well lol... I always weigh 3 pounds heavier in an evening... Even on this diet! My weigh in is always first thing in the morning so do I stand by that weight or go off the evening weight?! So for instance I got weighed this morning and I am 10 stone 6 but if I weighed at tea time I would be 10 stone 9 for sure! So.... When I get to my goal of 9 stone 7 will I really be that weight or will that just be because I've been weighed first thing when my tummy is empty, my body water minimal n my muscle weight less?!
Just read that back and it does sound silly but hey ho lol... Xxx
