Menu sounds delish today mary

Sorry I didnt get on yesterday girlies, but we had a good few hours in the garden sorting out the weeds. Even got a little sunburn on my face!

Yesterdays food.
Breakfast - shake.
Lunch - 2 eggs scrambled (no butter) 2 slices of nimble wholemeal bread toasted, 1 grilled tomato.
Dinner - Grilled trout, rocket salad with red pepper.

Todays Menu.

Breakfast - shake
Lunch - Home made lentil soup, Small apple, Low fat yogurt.
Dinner - Baked chicken marinaded in chilli sauce, Green beans, Carrots. Yogurt if required.

1 Banana for a snack if needed in work (dayshift today)

Sunday (Dayshift)

Breakfast, Shake, small apple.

Lunch, WW chicken curry. Yogurt.

Snack, Banana if required.

Dinner, Half a tin of Red Salmon, Rocket salad with red pepper.

Its been just normal for me really, thanks for asking though, but I was actually 12 hour days on Saturday and Sunday and back on nightshift tonight and tomorrow.

Hopefully still be able to go on holiday next Monday, as Cardiff Airport should be open tomorrow evening, if all remains the same.

I am off to Nottingham this Friday until Sunday to see my Son and his Girlfriend, so that will be nice, as we haven't seen them since the beginning of Dec.

Todays Food - slightly difference sort of day.

Breakfast - Rocket/Spinach, boiled egg, small piece of Cathedral City, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Spoonful of Red salmon, (left from last night)

Lunch, 2 slices of Nimble Wholemeal with the remainder of the Red Salmon and a few slices of cucumber, small apple.

Dinner, WW Lasagne, Salad.

I came into work tonight and there were loads of goodies, I had 1 small slice of quiche, which was very watery and I took the crust off, and a tiny bit of shortbread.

Ohh dont worry Mrs D, I will be careful, the quiche was only tiny and 90% water and the little bit of short bread was about 1 inch square about about half a centimetre thick, so I will just run up and downstairs the next time I need the loo and it should be worked off

I am happy enough if I get away, but if I get stranded there for an extra week in Salou - well I doubt I would complain.

Yes, Scotland I think are the first tomorrow morning, then Northern England, then Wales and Southern England tomorrow evening. Fingers crossed anyway.

Thanks Tanya, to be honest, the closer its getting, I really dont know if I honestly do want to go now. Too many thoughts on this ash getting into the engines etc etc........will just see how things fare over the next few days. I can always cancel my annual leave for a later date, and I checked with the travel agents today, they said we can alter the dates, free of charge, or have a full refund, so will let you know before I go to Nottingham on Friday.

Decisions, decisions, decisions lol.
